Florida Based Infrared Testing, Thermal Imaging Consulting and Training

Brady Infrared is an infrared thermography testing, consulting and training firm headquartered in Stuart, Florida one hour north of West Palm Beach. We provide local, regional and nationwide infrared inspections of electrical / mechanical systems, and roof and building envelops for a wide range of commercial and residential clients. We are Certified Level II & Level III Thermographers, which means you have the best and top certified thermal imaging experts in the industry. We have a wide selection of advanced thermal imaging cameras, wide angle / zoom lens, and data-base driven software that puts the right tools in the hands of our infrared thermographers to thoroughly evaluate the performance and safety of all your equipment. From electrical / mechanical systems, to commercial roofs and building envelops and everything in between, Brady Infrared has scanned it and knows it inside and out. Let us put our experience to work for you.

Electrical Scans, Commercial Roof Inspections, Commercial Building Inspections And Mechanical Scans

Electrical scans typically performed are an infrared electrical panel scan, an infrared electrical systems survey and a high voltage electrical infrared survey.

Commercial roofing scans are covered by an infrared roof moisture survey or an infrared roof evaluation survey.

Commercial building scans can cover multiple aspects of your building system. Your survey may consist of one or all of the following; an infrared building envelope performance survey, an infrared wall moisture survey and/or a roof scan(s) depending on your situations.

Mechanical scans entail surveys such as an infrared mechanical systems survey, an infrared steam utilities survey and ultrasound surveys.

Infrared Baseline Surveys

At Brady Infrared our Certified Level III Thermographers use thermal imaging when performing an infrared inspection to locate “hot spots” or thermal anomalies in building structures and building systems. Once located, we then document these hot spots with digital and infrared images and in many cases with video, providing the most accurate and complete infrared survey available. By doing this, our infrared surveys of your buildings and building systems can help you and your facility managers identify potentially dangerous and costly problems.

Choosing to do an infrared baseline survey will provide you with critical information about your building and the building systems performance. Infrared benchmarking gives you the ability to track the integrity and performance of your building and its different systems as they progress in the future.

Reports And Documentation

Reports are offered as hard-copies that are color laser printed and professionally bound. We also offer digital copies in PDF format e-mailed directly to you, or if you prefer we can burn a CD and mail it to you.

After completing our work, we will provide you an elaborate report in electronic format and a hard copy that will include the following items:

  • Written summary of the inspection
  • Complete inventory list of equipment inspected
  • Color thermograms of problems detected
